In the area of open type reciprocating compressors BITZER offers two series: One is specifically designed for all HFC refrigerants, the second series is designed for ammonia as refrigerant. The open compressor design allows fitting of standard motors via a coupling housing or belt drive.
In addition to the fast running second generation compressors we continue to offer our customers the classic 0..VII series because of the worldwide demand. This series has been convincing for years due to its reliability and ease of maintenance.
