  • Only single delivery address will be accepted for each order, and the normal delivery lead time will be 7-14 working days upon order confirmed and payment received. Our customer service officer will contact customers in case if any special case, such as shortage of goods.

  • Our customer service officer will contact customers to arrange delivery schedule by email or telephone. Our logistic team will also contact customers (receivers) before delivery. If customer needed to revise the delivery schedule or delivery address upon schedule confirmed by both parties, BABYSMILE will reserve the rights to upcharge HK$120 handling charge for changing of delivery schedule or address.

  • BABYSMILE only offer delivery service for any delivery address with elevator (elevator must reach the exact floor of the delivery address). If any delivery address doesn not have elevator (please inform us by email in such case), BABYSMILE will reserve the rights to upcharge HK$30 per floor. All additional delivery charge will be confirmed with customer before delivery, please call or email us for further information. 

  • All delivery schedule will be cancelled in case of Typhoon signal number 8 or above and Black rainstorm. Our customer service officer will re-arrange the delivery schedule with customers by further email or tele-phone notices. 

  • If there is any conflict between the English version and the Chinese version in all terms and conditions from www.babysmiledeluxe.com. the Chinese version shall Prevail and BABYSMILE reserves the rights of final decision in case off any dispute arising from the terms and conditions.
