RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-          Customers cannot cancel their orders once payments are made.

-          All goods sold are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable except apparent 

           damage(s) are found in the goods when received.

-          Please contact info@the-zhop.com if you need to return the goods.

-          Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.

-          The goods returned must be in the same condition when received. The goods must be 

           unused with original packaging.

-          All goods sold are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable if you are not satisfied with 

           the size, color and cutting etc. Please send your inquiries to info@the-zhop.com for 

           product details before purchasing. Colors of the goods may be varied between 

           different computers’ or electronic devices’ screens.

-          Customers have to bear the shipping costs of returning the goods.

-          Goods exchange will be subjected to the inventory.

-          Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount will be 

           deposited back into the customer’s account. Please note that refund will only apply to the 

           cost of the purchased item, shipping cost will not be included.

-          the zhop will not compensate for items lost in the return shipping
