Tasting Notes:

Golden yellow color. Powerful, aromatic nose of citrus fruits, white flowers and peach, with a touch of syrupy fruit, a sign of great maturity of grapes. The acidity ensures that there is a good balance, and the aromas lingers well on palate. Can be laid down for 3-5 years. 

Food pairing tips: 

Great as an aperitif, also good match with fish, shellfish, white meat and goats' cheese.
