Tasting:

Pale golden colour, a little watery at the rim. Classic Gewurztraminer on the nose, honey, floral notes, some exotic fruits such as lychee, hints of peach and cloves. Very full in the mouth, medium finish. Paired beautifully with a Thai Beef Salad.
