Tasting:

Deep and intense dark color. Concentrated bouquet, with notes of black fruits, blackberry, cherry, black olive “tapenade”, meaty, earthy, yet with light, elegant overtones. The palate is powerful and rich, and reveals deep aromas of black fruits, with a fresh intense note. It has a long last taste and has lovely delicate tannins.

Food paring:

Grilled red meats, or slow cooked beef in rich sauce and also medium to strong flavoured cheeses.
