Terroir & Vinification:

Selection of 2 beautiful vineyard plots over 100 years old, giving very low yields.  Vinified and aged in French oak barrels of the finest grains, and on lees.  Bottling approximately one year after the harvest.  

Tasting notes:

Medium lemon colour with golden hints. Intense and mineral bouquet revealing white peach and dried apricot. Refreshing on the palate, with citrus fruits, dry fruits and hints of menthol.

Food paring:

Fine dishes like foie gras,  chicken with truffles, fish, scallops or lobster in creamy sauce.
