Vinification:
Long and classic vatting. Aged with finest French oak barrels and aged with patience for 16 months minimum.
Taste:
The wine first demonstrates soft leathery and green olive notes. Later, it shows more complex nose of black fruits, kirsch cherries and cocoa. Full and concentrated with a silky tannin structure. A savoury vintage perfect to discover "Gambert de Loche" single vineyard.

Tasty red meats and all sorts of game prepared in sauce or marinated.
