Vinification:

Long and classic vatting.  Aged with Finest French oak barrels and aged with patience for 16 months minimum.

Taste:

Complex and intense nose of candied fruits, vanilla and sweet spices.  Full body with velvety tannins.  Very persistent and savoury, and the wine ages harmoniously. 

Food paring:

Aged cheese, roasted meat, gamey dishes with truffle sauce.
