With over 100 years of manufacturing premium sake, Fukui-Syuzo has been run by 5 generations. With the company goal focused on making high quality wine products, Fukui-Syuzo managed to create a high satisfactory standard. Also, the vinery had achieved multiple national awards of gold and silver medals throughout the years.

This sake has collected shining gold medal eight times, and six times in the silver medal at the fair young sake category. It gives a clean palate and with a crispy and fruity fragrance. It only produces 200 units a year.
