The Macallan Fine Oak is Triple Cask Matured in a unique combination of Oak Casks - Spanish and American osk casks seasoned with sherry and American oak casks seasoned with bourbon . The bourbon oak provides a subtle and delicate colour and aromas of sweet citrus , vanilla, flowers and apples while the sherry oak delivers a wonderful rich colour and notes of dried fruits, spice and chocolate orange.

Nose   : Complex with a hint of fruit and heather honey

Palate : Medium, balanced with fruit, oak and spice

Finish  : Lingering with dried fruits, oak and spice
