蘇格蘭威雀威士忌與其他調合威士忌最大不同之處就是在於使用麥卡倫及高原騎士這兩種世界排名第一名及第二名之Single Malt 酒廠出的酒做為其混配原料。

此外，威雀所使用的酒桶90%來自西班牙，專為蘇格蘭威士忌所製造的手工打造雪莉新酒桶。

精巧、溫和以及柔和的煙燻香氣，加上少許甜的雪莉酒木頭和適口的泥炭味。同樣的特質，在味覺上除了熟透的水果味，也會感覺到一種新鮮清新的口感，調配和諧。
